Shipping policy

The delivery charge is R100 for all metropolitan areas in South Africa. We offer free delivery for orders over R1000. Because pearls should be worn in even the most rural and remote areas of our lovely country, we endeavour to always get KIPPIE lovelies to you no matter where you are in South Africa, but might have to charge an additional fee or dispatch your package to the nearest PostNet carrier. If this is the case, we will be in touch to make arrangements. 

We offer complimentary delivery for any order above ZAR1000 within South Africa. Orders go out once a week, so please allow seven to ten working days for door-to-door delivery. For delivery costs and times as far as international orders (delivery outside of South Africa) are concerned, please send us an email: info@kippiepearls.com. 

We make use of Fastway Couriers to get your order to you. Shipments are done once a week; the delivery lead time in South Africa is between five (5) and ten (10) working days, depending on location and time of order. 

Once your order has left us and is with the courier service, however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery that may arise due to circumstances outside our control.
