The Briseis necklace has hand-selected white baroque pearls complemented with a hollow silver fly-pressed nugget that has been hand-brushed with 22ct gold leaf and that echoes the shapes and textures of baroque pearls. Like the woman she was named after, Briseis is versatile and multi-faceted: she can, for instance, also be worn as a bracelet by wrapping her around your wrist.
The Briseis is approximately 45 cm in length and hand-knotted. She has a 9ct handmade gold clasp, and sterling silver, hollow nugget hand-brushed with 22 ct gold leaf.
The Briseis is made to order and set by hand by Karien of KVL in Stellenbosch, South Africa.
Each pearl is made by nature, unique, and may therefore be slightly different in size, shape, or hue to the image(s) shown. These variations enhance the unique beauty of the piece.
